Chef Kane Pollard and staff from the Tea Tree Gully restaurant will set off at 6am on the morning of the event and start picking, pulling and prepping ingredients to be served 12 hours later.
Your night will begin with a selection of snacks, followed by four courses served at a long table. House-made butter and cheese will make an appearance, along with an assortment of all that is local and delicious within four hours' drive of the restaurant. Each dish will be made from 100 per cent South Australian produce.
Drinks will be served on arrival, with matched wines throughout the dinner.
Topiary is set within the grounds of Newman's Nursery, a go-to destination for Adelaide gardeners. Each menu item is developed from scratch; Pollard searches, tests and develops recipes that push boundaries and fit the restaurant's lush setting.
