• All changes and/or cancellation to bookings need to be communicated in writing.
• Dietary requirements - All dietary requirements must be provided no later than 14 days prior to the function date. Requests for changes or additions within 14 days prior to the function will be considered at the sole discretion of our Executive chef.
• We will do everything possible to facilitate requests, but not all changes can be guaranteed, and substitutions may be suggested where items are not available.

Cancelation Policy - In an event that a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the function, a full cancellation fee will be charged (refunds not applicable). Where a cancellation is done before 72 hours of the function, a full refund will be applicable.
