10.30am - Entry & Morning tea (scones) with sparkling wine on arrival

12pm - Two course Lunch

- Pan fried barramundi, roasted pumpkin puree, charred eggplant, green beans, mixed salad, lemon

- Wagyu cube roll mb 4+, potato mash, grilled broccolini, cherry tomato, eshallot smoked tomato relish, gravy
