Griffyn's big birthday bash!
Happy Birthday to us! Celebrate ten years of the Griffyn Ensemble (cake included!) as we invite new and old friends to join us on stage performing music by one of our favourite composers, American songwriter and composer, Alec Wilder. Wilder was a prolific writer of popular song, instrumental art music, and jazz.
Griffyn will be showcasing his album Frank Sinatra Conducts the Music of Alec Wilder (that's right, he was great mates with Ol' Blue Eyes), with an array of special birthday guests including jazz harpsichordist Sally Greenaway.
This is Concert 4 of the 2016 Griffyn Series, and is included in a Gold and Silver Membership, and can also be chosen as one of three concerts in a Bronze Membership. Single Tickets can also be purchased.
