Night Markets Vendor Application for the 2026 Cabonne Community Glow

Welcome to the Night Markets Vendor Application for the 2026 Cabonne Community Glow to be held on Saturday 18th April 2026

The Cabonne Community Glow is our pinnacle event and in 2024 we had approx 8,500 people attend this event. We expect a similar number in 2026.

You are invited to be part of our event by being a stallholder for Food and Beverage Vendors, wine tasting and Crafts Vendors. The focus of the market stalls is food, wine and beer produced locally and regionally, within 150 km of Canowindra NSW, but is not limited to this. Food stalls are suggested to provide approx 200-400 serves to cater for the numbers of people. If ticket sales show higher numbers then we will advise you of this closer to the event.

Our Craft Stalls are available to the whole community. We want to encourage you to get involved and experience the fantastic atmoasphere of this showpiece community event.

Key Information:

  • Stallholders must indicate the size of the site required upon booking

  • Sites are unpowered, if you require power you must purchase a power ticket.

  • Each power ticket includes 15amps of power, if you require more than 15amps of power you MUST purchase more than one power ticket. Each connection will only allow 3 appliance at a time. eg fridge, microwave, kettle.

  • Stallholders MUST supply their own power lead.

  • All power leads must be 25 metres long, tagged and suitable for 15amp power.

  • Stall holders MUST upload their insurance certificates, food handlers, and RSA certificates upon registration. Please email theses to Applications@canowindrachallenge.org.au If these documents aren't received by the 10th April 2026 your application will be cancelled.
  • A description of your stall and what you are selling also needs to be emailed to applications@canowindrachallenge.org.au if you have menus and pictures we can use for advertising forward them also.
  • Stallholders will need to bring the following, where applicable: stalls, trestle tables, chairs, shelving, lighting if required, storage, serving tables, ice, water, jug, spittoon, plastic glasses and a hand washing facility if handling food.

  • Cellular Data is greatly impacted with the amount of people that people that attend this event. You can purchase WiFi that is exclusive to vendors to lessen the impact of your eftpos facilities. One terminal per Wifi ticket if more then one terminal is required then you need to purchase more.

TIME FRAMES:

  • Stalls to be booked by Friday 10th April 2026 or until sold out (whichever comes first)

  • 2026 Cabonne Community Glow Night Markets - Saturday 18th April 2026

    • BUMP IN: 11:00am to 2:00 pm (All vehicles off site before 2:30pm)

    • Event Gates open to the public: 3:00 pm

    • BUMP OUT - Approx. 11:00pm - THERE WILL BE NO EARLY BUMP OUT.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

STALL HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Upon booking, your are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Canowindra Challenge Inc.

  • All stallholders must supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance, of a minimum of $20 million, with Cabonne Shire Council and Canowindra Challenge Inc listed as interested parties.
  • Food Stall holders (including home made cookies) must supply a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
  • Vendors selling alochol will need to ensure all workers present their RSA card to authorised rangers, management and personnel. 
  • If you are a food stall holder who works out of a food van or vehicle/trailer, you must also hold a Temporary Food Permit with the Cabonne Shire Council.
