Promenade executive chef Darren Greenwood spent 10 years working overseas before returning home in 2018; his passion is fresh, bold fare with low food miles. Each of this dinner's courses will be matched with a cocktail made at a purpose-built station within the restaurant.
Twenty Third Street Distillery was built in 1914 and resurrected in 2016 with twenty-first century technology. Its spirits - which include gin, brandy, whiskey and vodka - continue to win global awards, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition for the Prime 5 brandy.
The Promenade Restaurant's windows open directly on to the Glenelg esplanade, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the ocean air.
